My daughter is a teenager and I was having great difficulty in connecting with her and managing her mood swings , obstinate behaviour ect Dr Maila Khan helped me a lot ..she helped me understand my child better , gave solutions to deal with everyday new problems which come with teenage daughters and also helped me strengthen my bond with her thru various ways n techniques .Maila is very well trained , highly intelligent , compassionate and a good listener n solution given ..

Maila really helped me and my wife in understanding the underlying issues due to which we were having many fights. We thought it was because of something else but with her guidance we could really find way back to each other and tackle the real issues which were there which we couldn’t even understand.

Maila is the most empathetic therapist i have across. My experience with her was exceptional. I felt like she provided me with a safe space, acknowledged my emotions and helped me come out of a dark space. She continually hand held me through tough times and enabled me with healthy coping mechanisms.

I talked to Maila about my relationship concerns. She was very patient with me. We did a few sessions and I was able to understand my triggers and that helped me control my emotions in difficult situations.
